Hello!

Hi my name is Rima, thank you for visiting my blog! I have finally found my true calling in life; I LOVE taking pictures! I enjoy the creative process from camera to print and this blog will show you all the in-between's. My style is ever evolving reflecting upon life, exeriances and my wonderful clients! Weddings Galore!

Blog Post. Way. Over. Due. I know, I know. I thought I’ll post up a medley of the various shoots I’ve been on recently – I’ve just been slightly busy! I am also working on my rebrand – yes a brand spanking new website – with a new name Rima Darwash.com – yup that’s me. I plan to post all the juicy new images on the new blog (which will feature video documentary’s and more!) so keep a look out! In the meantime you my find me posting a couple of teaser shots on my new Facebook page – see you all at my new site launch!

Sudaf & Majid Part 3

So this is part three of Sudaf and Majid’s wedding extravaganza. Both Sudaf and Majid are doctors, well Majid is a surgeon to be exact, so when it came to shooting their portrait session in the park I thought they maybe a little reserved…well I’ll let the pictures do the talking!

Sudaf thank you so much for booking me (without any prior consultation I should add!) you and your family were very welcoming and thank you so much for asking me to join you for your ‘after wedding’ lunch :)

I’ve gotta say this wedding has generated so many positive attention from bloggers, photographers and clients alike. I’m very humbled for the lovely emails I’ve received and very proud its been featured on numerous weddings blogs such as; Amma at Beyond Beyond, Sadaf Kherani at South Asian Bride Magazine, Kelly at Boho Wedding and Events and Saman at Inspirational Laddu.

I just loved the styling of this wedding, pretty pinks and punchy purples set the tone to this wedding perfectly. Sudaf looked positively radiant, very chilled and up for a bit of ‘fashionesque’ posing – my kinda bride! This is part 2 of 3, civil ceremony to follow!
